Ummmm, Hello! We got our 171H in the mail today! We just mailed in our homestudy three days ago! Totally unexpected! This is the paper we need to get matched to a child! :) Now we are waiting for our agency to get their license (should happen in the next month or so...)

And, I hope all goes smoothly with your agency licensing.
We were in a similar experience-all ready but waiting on our agency license. 9 months later we called them (after never getting any updates) and found out that they weren't going to be licensed "for a while".
Hence, the switch.
Oy!
But, I'm hoping the OPPOSITE happens for you and your family.
